Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Shipping is free across India for all orders.

International Orders (Outside India)

  • Orders above ₹1,00,000: Free insured shipping via UPS Valuable Shipping (or equivalent secure service).

  • Orders below ₹1,00,000: Shipping charges apply based on destination and courier cost.

  • Customers may request premium courier upgrades such as FedEx at additional cost.

Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Delivery

  • Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on location.

International Delivery

  • Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and destination country.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number.

  • You may also track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured to protect against transit-related risks.

  • Insurance covers loss, theft, or transit damage before delivery confirmation.

  • In case of loss during transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and arrange replacement or appropriate resolution.

  • Our responsibility remains until the parcel is safely delivered to the customer.

Important: Damaged Parcel / Unboxing Requirement

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

It is mandatory to record a complete video of the unboxing process before opening the package.

This video must clearly show:

  • The sealed outer package, Shipping label, Opening process ,Product condition inside

Without an unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.

Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions, Customs procedures, Public holidays, Remote delivery areas, Courier operational delays

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect address , Recipient unavailable, Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Customers may also collect their order directly from our Jaipur office by prior appointment.
